Dr. Arellano is a Board-Certified Emergency Physician with 14 years of experience, including over a decade as an attending physician in one of San Diego's busiest Emergency Departments. He earned his Bachelor's in Biology with a Minor in Nutrition from Rutgers University, followed by his medical degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and residency in Emergency Medicine at ARMC in Colton, CA. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous committees, mentored future healthcare professionals, and played a vital role in telemedicine, particularly in lifestyle medicine and weight management. Outside of medicine, he enjoys working on his car, cooking and baking, spending time with his family, and proudly embracing his role as a dance dad for his daughter.
